SPECIFICATIONS FOR LOG HOME PACKAGES (OPTIONS AND UPGRADES AVAILABLE) Standard Specifications: Logs: Logs 6” x 8” to corner post, custom cut white pine, wheatherseal tape, hardwood splines, self-drilling fasteners, thru-bolts, springs and retainers, elastomeric sealant. Pre-drilled for electrical and thru-bolts. Blueprints: Set of Six Beams and Posts: Pre-engineered interior support posts and screwjacks for loft or roof overhangs (if required). Windows and Exterior Doors: Windows and wood casements, Low E, Argon. Doors are insulated steel, pre-hung in wood frames with magnetic weatherstrip. 2” x 6” subjambs and gaskets for window and door openings. Traditionally styled 1” x 4” custom trim. Premium grade caulking included for sealing around windows and doors. Sub-Floor: Sill gaskets and plates, adhesive, TJI Silient Floor joists, ¾” OSB sheathing, nails, 3” or 4” telepost structural columns, build up beams. Interior Walls: 2” x 4” or 2” x 6” studs with nailers and plates, door lintels. Gable Ends: 7/16” aspenite sheathing, air guard, 1” x 8” pine siding, staples, nails, 2” x 6” studs and plates. Roof: 2” x 4” lookouts, ½” spruce sheathing, ½” H-clips, 2” x 6” subfascia, 15 lb. rolled roofing, 30 year fiberglass shingles, roof vents, nails, 24” galvanized valley flashing, 2” x 10” rafters, 2” x 4” build-up for insulation. Dormers: All materials specified for roof and gable ends plus 7” galvanized step flashing, 6” wall to roof flashing. Soffits and Fascia: 1” x 6” shiplap soffit, 2” continuous vent strip, 1” x 8” pine fascia, nails. Exterior Door Locks: One doorknob and deadbolt for each main entry door. Posts and Beams: Pine interior support posts, porch beams, porch posts and screwjacks. Porch Floor: Cedar on PT substructure, stairs and railings not included. Trusses and Parallam: Engineered flat truss (most cathedral ceilings), laminated ridge beams, point load lintels. All materials are poly tarped to protect from the elements. STAIRS (INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR), PORCH RAILINGS AND LOFT RAILINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED PLUS ANY INTERIOR FINISHES OR TRIM.
